Overview

Take on fast-flowing rapids as you furiously paddle your way along a championship-quality man-made course. The day starts with a safety briefing and expert tips from your qualified instructors, before you get kitted out and split into groups to board your rafts. Then it’s time to negotiate this tricky route, paddling your way around the twists and turns, steering through slaloms and careering down the furious white water.

To bring: Change of clothes; Towel; Trainers

Useful Info: Participants must be able to swim & have a reasonable level of fitness; Rafts hold 6 people and can be shared with other groups; Medical consent form will be required on the day

Start Times: Sat 9:00 - 17:00; Sun 13:30 - 17:00

Absolutely banging session we had, never done it before but after this I want to do it again, it wasn't all full on serious, they let's us play a bit in the open waterbit which was fun and all the staff are spot on, 100% recommended

Really great fun, the guy that took us out and steered our boat was great. He managed to get us all out of the boat at some stage but felt totally safe at all times. Would definitely do it again.
