Great venue to start our evening off in. The bacon, cheese and beef burger was A M A Z I N G, and the chips that accompanied it were delicious too !!! The service was prompt and we were served very efficiently considering the number of very hungry blokes they had to look after, all done with a smile too. Couldn't fault it to be honest !

Great food but upstairs where we sat had a small ledge where we put our bags, unknown to us that behind this small ledge was a large gap that went all the way to the lower floor where others were eating. The enviable happened and one bag fell straight onto another table below where someone was sat eating!! It was a pure accident and luckily no-one was seriously injured!! This is a huge health and safety issue! And adult could easily fit through this gap which means it could be a child next!! Please sort this issue ASAP!!

Food was reasonable but a shame the venue wanted us upstairs when we had one person in a wheelchair. They then squeezed us into a space not big enough for us all.

Couldn’t find the booking, once they did, they found they hadn’t been prepaid so we had to pay AGAIN and now trying to claim it back
