Gin Academy

With Moonshiners' Gin Academies you get to play distiller for the day and make your very own batch of gin. Over the course of a few hours you’ll learn a lot about spirit making in a very hands-on way. You’ll be picking your gin's botanicals from our wide selection based on your personal taste preference and doing your own distillation on your own ministill, collecting the best parts of the batch to take away with you. It’s not all work and no play though - the experience is peppered with drinks throughout, made from our versions of the spirit you’re making on the day. Plus we have an onsite bar for additional drinks as you desire.
