Make A Difference For Corporate Events

In the Charity Shop Takeover, you and your colleagues will hustle for prizes and sell goods in your very own charity shop for the day in order to raise funds for some incredible causes.

Before the event starts, you will be briefed by the charity and Chillisauce so you and your colleagues can assign roles, arrange meetings and plan your day to maximise your potential. On the day, the ‘Hustling’ team will call their contacts, canvass the streets and negotiate prizes for the charity. The ‘Charity Shop’ team will head to their dedicated shop and spend their allocated time selling as many goods as they can to the general public. Fundraising will close and the whole team will come back together to count the money and announce the winning team!

You’ll prepare different recipes under the guidance of professional chefs, who’ll be on hand with advice, tips and techniques to ensure you make the tastiest food possible. Want to do something good and charitable? Many voluntary homeless shelters in the UK provide resources which encourage, inspire and challenge homeless people to transform their lives. You will make double portions, these will be donated to homeless shelters.

Dance along the beach-front, experiencing a silent disco as you save the environment with a light-hearted clean-up. Who knew combing the beach for rubbish could be fun? With the right soundtrack played directly to your headphones and competition prizes up for grabs, the beach is your dancefloor as you have a truly unforgettable day, all while making a real difference to Brighton’s beach.

Partnering with B1G1, a social enterprise and non-profit organisation with a mission to create a world full of giving. This immersive experience which can take place indoors or outdoors will help participants connect with each other whilst creating real social impact around the world.

Hotspots will be dropped into your chosen location for teams to find. Teams must choose which causes mean the most to them and head to the corresponding hotspot to complete a series of challenges. Each hotspot holds an equal charitable value, allocated from a pre-decided donation 'pot'. The more teams that choose to visit particular hotspots eg 'bricks for schools' the greater the percentage donated to this cause from the pot. The winning team that has collected the most impacts will get to decide which of three projects the remainder of the donation pot will go to.
