The year is 1848 and Gold has been discovered in California by James W. Marshall. You and your team are eager to get your hands on the gold so together, you'll need to solve clues and challenges to move your way across the states of America. Starting in New York, the aim to get through the challenges as quick as you can, in a race against your other teams and time! Who will be the Gold Rush Race winners?

What happens on the day?

Each person taking part in the quiz will receive a link via email to a meeting on Zoom. Once logged on, we will allocate people into their teams and brief the group on the activity. All teams are setting off from New York and to move on from each state, teams must complete a set challenge. Each team will be assigned a separate break out room where they'll be able to talk to each other about the challenges and confer on answers; before teams send across their answers to their own specific State master back in the main meeting room. Different States will have different levels of difficulty and teams will have to plot their route very carefully. The group will be able to see an interactive map that will show which state all the teams are in. It is a race against the other teams! The first team to make it across America and arrive in California first would get the gold and will be crowned the winners!

What better way to kick off your day or week than with this motivational experience. This upbeat, creative challenge will encourage participants to shoot motivational photos and videos in their own home, focused around boosting morale in the weeks of isolation ahead. The photos and videos will be saved into a presentation for your team to share, creating a lasting memory and plenty of fun!

Event overview:

The best way to keep the brain active when you're working from home/remotely is to engage socially and test your knowledge. Keep your team engaged and communicating with this general knowledge quiz equipped with staff and a quiz master to ensure for the full experience.

What happens on the day:

This remote quiz will involve your group being split into teams and given their own chat room which they can access on their phone, laptop or tablet and interact with their team mates. There will also be a separate chat channel for all participants to engage in the quick fire rounds on music, TV, sports and much, much more. Individuals will be taught how to partake with a manual sent ahead of their access key to the chat room. We would require every participants email address for the game. The whole event will be run by a fun quiz master who will be streamed through a live video link which will include interactive elements so that people can engage with the quiz master. Members of staff will be marking throughout to ensure a fair winner as well. The winning team would have the prizes sent to their houses to enjoy.

Our Team Social Challenge was designed to replace the after work social, encouraging teams to let their hair down and have a laugh! Played in the comfort of your own home, this is a virtual pub quiz enabling teams to connect, have some fun and get competitive. Hosted via video conferencing software and one of our event facilitators, you’ll be up against your colleagues to see who can score the highest points. With plenty of laughs, this challenge will create that feeling of unity without the need to actually be together.

A take on one of the most popular team conundrums of all time: The Escape Room. Chillisauce has created the ultimate way to collaborate with your teammates remotely and work together to solve puzzles and challenges as a group. Welcome to The Escape Room.

What happens on the day:

With a number of different rooms available that groups can view through a live video feed, our Chillisauce event facilitator will instruct every individual participant on what to do and their role in the game. A member of staff will be in the room with a camera watching what they do. Your team will then tell our member of staff what to do and will have to get them out of the room in a set amount of time. Your team will be able to interact with our member of staff and will have to ask them to do everything required. They will not act of their own accord. It is not only a game of strategy, quick thinking and haste but also, a challenge about communication. On top of guiding the escapee around the room, the participants will also be given tasks they must complete which would then give them extra information in order to work their way out of the room.

Based on the book by Jules Verne we have taken the challenge given to Phileas Fogg and created a world traveling, fun and competitive virtual event. At the Races, is a popular virtual activity, offering a fun filled race afternoon or evening, which brings all the excitement of a day at the races to your event. Using ‘Fun Money’ & our themed race programme you will be guided through the racing action. The event can be run as a team competition or on individual merit. All the action takes place in our themed virtual paddock, with our virtual ‘bookie’ hosting each race.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY

The experience starts with an intro from our themed ‘bookie’. He’ll explain the rules, the odds, and the form of the horses for each race. After an ice breaker game on our virtual race online platform, the group is divided smaller, more manageable teams where they will study the form and make their bets! It's back into the main room where all teams come together to watch the race. Teams will be rewarded their virtual fun money if their horse wins! Studying the form is important though, as any team that runs out of their initial virtual bankroll will have penalty points will be deducted from their final score! Each race is a close finish. Your audience will be in fits of excitement cheering on their runner. It’s then onto the next race! Virtual horse racing is a close as it gets to the real thing. It’s an experience that’s ideal to connect people in an immersive, pure fun team experience

We combine our interactive app with video conferencing software to bring you the latest in collaborative, virtual team building. The aim of the game is simple… Score as many points as possible before you run out of time! Working in remote teams, you will need to decide upon the best answer to each question to win maximum points. Playing from any location including home, participants will use their own devices to answer questions and complete challenges. Your teams are responsible for servicing a charity’s need. The teams have the plant, machinery, transport and budget they just need to work together to get as many care items as possible. Is your team up for the challenge?

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY

The teams have the plant, machinery, transport and budget they just need to work together to get as many care items as possible. The team members will assume one of 5 roles: Logistics – Getting the raw materials in and then out to the charity, Procurement – Buying the right items and importantly, at the right price, Production Manager – Making all the items, Sales Director – Ensuring they can get the buy in from the charities and CEO – Responsible for the wellbeing of the whole system, they even have the option to vaccinate the other members of the team!

The team will collaborate within an online meeting sharing information to create as many charity items as possible. Do they have the raw materials? Are they sharing information? The challenge is split in to 5 phases:

1. Introduction to the challenge and charity
2. Team allocation and planning
3. Execution – The teams are required to acquire the raw materials and turn them in to as many charity items as possible
4. Frantic trading -time to maximise on their last few stock items
5. Awards – time to see who the winner was!

With constant updates being received by each member of the team some false but many true they will need to collaborate on decisions quickly to make the greatest difference.

During the live experience guests access our virtual crime scene and explore in 3 dimensions (dolls house) style to look for clues and collect evidence. WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY

Working together in teams, the group will need to design and create an award winning pitch based on a product or service. This can be something brand new, linked to your company or product, or be based on a famous invention. Teams will be working against the clock to create their pitch, and take into consideration all the fundamentals the dragons will be looking for, including: budgets, market position, competition, scalability, profit margins, sales &marketing plan, and maybe even a mini advert! When times up we bring everyone back into the main space where each team will get their turn to pitch to the infamous dragons. Teams will be questioned by the Dragons, in either fun and relaxed setting or if you prefer, a serious format - these ideas might be something you introduce to your company or to the market after all! Everyone gets to see the different teams pitches which is great for the element of fun competition, and equally good for sharing broader ideas, innovation and the motivation to think outside the box.

Travel across the different countries of Europe from the comfort of your own home in our European Tour in our travelling, fun and competitive virtual event. Starting in Honningsvag the most northern town in Norway, travelling through European countries all the way to Faro in Portugal. After a briefing, and dividing the group into smaller more manageable teams, the games will begin! Teams go head to head on each trial. Some tasks are team based, others have a nominated player to go against your peers. Welcome to your new job. You and your team have begun work at our new global business - congratulations! Starting as an intern, together in your teams, you must work your way through challenges, questions and tasks in a race against time. Once you've completed a level, you will be promoted into your next job role in another office around the globe. The aim of the game is to climb the ladder through multiple job roles and international offices within the company and become the Managing Director! Who will end up becoming the big boss?

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY

Each person taking part in the game will receive a link via email to a meeting on Zoom (or other online platforms available). Once logged on, we will allocate people into their teams and brief the group on the activity. All teams start off in the job role of an intern and to progress into their job role, teams must complete questions and a set team challenge. Each team will be assigned a separate break out room where they'll be able to talk to each other about the challenges and confer on answers; before teams submit their answers.

As roles in the company increase in seniority and responsibility, the levels of difficulty will increase. The group will be able to see an interactive map that will show which role all the teams are in and where on the ladder of success they are.

It is a race against the other teams! The first team to work through all the roles of the company and become Managing Director first will receive extra points. All the scores will be totalled up and the winning team will be rewarded with fun prizes.

Event overview:

This team building game helps participants explore the key elements that make up an effective virtual team. This provides them with an opportunity to discuss methods of improving their own teams.

What happens on the day:

Participants are asked to view several pictures. The pictures represent different ‘teams’. Teams are asked to consider the qualities of the teams in the different images. Teams are asked questions about remote working and suggestions for how businesses can make it work.

It is interesting to allow the conversation to take a course of its own of the suggestions and ideas can become quite diverse, which provides some useful concepts to put into place in the virtual working environment. The teams are then asked to develop a ‘team’ CV.

They should identify items like qualifications, skills, knowledge, training, hobbies, experience as well as developing a ‘profile’ that succinctly sums up the teams attributes. In review, participants are asked what they found out about themselves as a team and how they might use this knowledge going forward.
