You’ll be given a full safety briefing and kitted out with your harness and helmet, before heading out onto the course with your instructor, for an adventurous high ropes session tackling treetop obstacles, platforms, tunnels, rope swings and zip lines.

Set in the mysterious Forest of Dean, this centre offers spectacularly wild scenery. As well as its famous zip-wire and Tarzan swing, it offers 17 miles of cycling and walking trails through the forest. Refreshments and onsite parking are available. Dogs are welcome to enjoy the forest surroundings.
