Overview
This is cocktail making but not as you know it. Every guest uses fine liquor, ingredients and specialist equipment in their own area behind a custom-built cocktail bar. With 4-5 people per bar, everyone will have more time shaking and less time waiting. Learn the fundamental cocktail making techniques and practice them before teaming up and indulging in some healthy competition.
