Join the Blend Academy and learn alongside Master Blenders how to create your perfect blend of flavours using a combination of all kinds of exotic roots, herbs, spices, fruits and flowers. You’ll then bottle your delicious recipe, personalise the label and take it home with you to show off your newfound blending skills.

The Blend Academy
Located in the heart of Winchester, moments away from the High Street, is this dedicated gin academy. Inside you’ll find the Blending Room, a research laboratory and teaching centre where you can learn the art of gin-making. The Blending Library is a botanical archive with over 100 native and exotic roots, herbs, spices, fruits and flowers.
