Situated in a semi-rural location, but with great road connections (1 mile north of Junction 3 on the M42), this flexible venue has 6 different-sized rooms – all with air-conditioning and WiFi – accommodating from 10 to 60 people. The site also houses an award-winning farm shop, a British restaurant and a cookery school and has free parking.

This workshop runs over 3 hours where you will learn how to make a feast of Japanese rolls and dumplings. You will be given step by step tuition by a sushi expert. Once all the cooking is complete your sushi will be presented to an expert judging panel.

You will be given step by step tuition through all the different stages required to make the perfect Dim Sum. Once all cooking is complete all the dishes are presented ready for judging and of course tasting.
