Molecular Cocktail Masterclass

This molecular cocktail making class takes the scientific techniques of molecular gastronomy and applies them to the making of new and innovative cocktails. Using specialised equipment, you will be taught how to make four of your own unique ‘lab-produced’ cocktails within a completely interactive cocktail making class format. After perfecting your new skills, you'll team up and take part a molecular cocktail competition where each team will need to create their best cocktail for the chance to win.
