This Victorian-inspired gin parlour is in the city centre, on Steelhouse Lane. Inspired by the novel, you enter Mr Hyde’s bar, with retro touches like big sweet jars and melting candles, where the cocktails are topped with pear drops or love hearts. There’s an Alice in Wonderland inspired beer garden called ‘The Wonderland Courtyard’ and upstairs you’ll find Dr Jekyll’s gin parlour, with over 90 different gins to choose from, served in anything from a teacup to mini bathtub!
