Our belief in the relationship between our account managers and their customers. While technology can make the process more efficient, it's that relationship that is the key to our success and the success of each individual event.
What’s your favourite part of planning a stag do?
Going on it.
What’s the most memorable stag do you’ve organised?
The first of my mates to get married - to Nottingham, before Chillisauce existed. The excitement levels were off the charts.
What’s the funniest stag do story you’ve heard?
A group did a sailing trip around the Isle of Wight, leaving from Southampton on the Friday. They made the stag wear the full, white, captain's outfit, including the hat and a grizzled beard, for the whole weekend.
Sailing back into Southampton on the Sunday they all posed for a photograph with the stag in the middle of them all. At the count of three, all but the stag dropped their shorts. They were all 'bare'. That was how they'd made the beard....
What tips would you give to someone planning a stag do?
Think about your mate, and the rest of the group. Then phone us. We know all the best things to do. You know what your mates like doing. Put those together and you can't really go wrong.
What’s the most popular stag do activity or location, and why?
Benidorm at the moment. Beats me why. I think I'm too old for it now!
Where is your favourite stag do destination, and why?
Lisbon. Incredible city paired with a fantastic beach, and great value.
What’s your go-to activity when planning a stag do?
A long, boozy, lunch.
What’s the biggest challenge in organising stag dos, and how do you overcome it?
It's easy to arrange a superb stag do - if you start early. Every location has limitations on the number of decent accommodation options that will take stag groups and the best things to do book quickest. The challenges come when you have to make compromises because of availability. Start early.
How do you ensure a stag do runs smoothly and stress-free?
I do my job right. So all is good on my part. And the guys on the weekend do there part by making it fun.
What trends do you see emerging in stag do planning?
People booking earlier and earlier. It's May 2026 as I write this and we have bookings for 2028.
From all the stags you’ve organised, what’s the go-to drink on a stag weekend?
Lager until you're full. Then your spirit of choice - with mixers. Avoid shots. A stag weekend is a marathon, not a sprint.
If somebody was stranded on a stag do for 24 hours, what three things would you recommend they bring?
Money, a friend they can trust, and a positive attitude.
What’s your favourite “recovery tip” that you recommend to stags after a big stag night out?
You're only ever three drinks from wonderful.
How do you recommend stags should unwind after organising a successful stag do?
Hiding under a duvet until the hangover goes away.
